A 37-year-old Randallstown man is facing a long list of child pornography charges, including sexual abuse of a minor, Baltimore County Police said. Kenneth Majeed Smith of the Unit block of McChurch Court has been charged with 13 offenses that include possession of child pornography, distribution of child pornography, sexual abuse of a minor and related charges. He is being held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center.
