This is a level VI Listening/Speaking class option at the University of Delaware English Language Institute. English through the 1960s meets both Listening u0026 Speaking CAP requirements for CAP students who have already taken L/S EAPVI and have not earned Bs. In order to meet the listening u0026 speaking CAP requirements, CAP students must earn a B (83%) or higher for both listening and speaking.
