Two charges relating to performing oral sex on two children have been dropped, due to a lack of evidence. Ackerman faces over 730 charges, ranging from child pornography to rape and human trafficking. He was charged alongside senior advocate and acting Judge, Paul Kennedy. Kennedy committed suicide a few months after his arrest. Ackerman took the stand, claiming he had been falsely accused multiple times. Please be warned, this story contains graphic content.
