3 easy steps 1. Gather 1 Pee Pad , Scissors , a Marker, and sticky tabs. 2 . lay the pee pad out flat. 3. Draw 2 half circles on the two sides of the peer pad that's where your going to cut 4. Cut around the 2 half circles you've just drew until it looks like the picture on the video. 5. Next grab your sticky tabs and put them on the back of the pee pad where the weast is going to be. 6.
